Welcome — I’m Bradley Shipes
I’m a veteran of the United States Air Force, Security Forces, a former aviation professional, a licensed pilot, and a passionate golfer from the Houston, Texas area. This is a little about who I am and what I’ve done.
✈️ United States Air Force — Security Forces

I proudly served in the United States Air Force in the Security Forces — military law enforcement and base defense. During my service, I lived the Air Force core values every day: Integrity First, Service Before Self, and Excellence in All We Do — values I still carry with me to this day.
Beyond my Security Forces duties, I volunteered as a SAPR (Sexual Assault Prevention and Response) advocate, standing alongside fellow Airmen through one of the most important and sensitive support programs in the military. I served under the leadership of Colonel Courchaine, whose commitment to dignity, respect, and resilience set the tone for a culture of accountability and compassion. It was an honor to help protect the well-being of our force.
I also did live volunteer work with the Chaplain Corps, supporting my fellow Airmen’s mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Being trusted with that responsibility was something I never took lightly.

🛫 Spirit Airlines — Ramp Supervisor & Aviation

After the Air Force, I worked at Spirit Airlines where I served as a Ramp Supervisor. My responsibilities included aircraft towing — marshaling and safely repositioning aircraft on the tarmac — baggage handling, loading and unloading passenger luggage, and overseeing ground operations and team safety as a supervisor.

🛩️ Private Pilot — Cherokee Piper
Flying has always been a passion of mine. In addition to working on the ground at Spirit Airlines, I also flew aircraft — accumulating over 150 flight hours in the Cherokee Piper. Whether it’s practicing maneuvers, cross-country flying, or simply enjoying the freedom of the skies, aviation is a huge part of my life — both on the ground and in the cockpit.
⛳ Golf — Klein Collins High School & Houston Chronicle

Growing up in Spring, Texas, I played high school golf for Klein Collins High School. My dedication to the game earned me a feature in the Houston Chronicle (October 22, 2018), where I was highlighted as a standout golfer — a moment of real pride for me and my family.
Golf continues to be a major part of my life. I’ve competed in tournaments and still hit the links regularly, carrying everything the sport teaches — patience, focus, and a love for the game.
